    I order a pair of ********************* ***** 13 sneaker for $182.95 Order#*****. I received the shoes and they're not what I order, and I ask for a refund. They replied to my email and said, you must mail them back to *******. I responded, *************************************************************************, ***.Phone: ?**************?. The box return address was **** ***************************************************************************. I tried calling phone # listed and it was a ****** #. Their webpage has a refund policy, and it says nothing about mailing the item back to *******... This was a big rip off!!!!!

    + All returned products will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection. The sales office in the ** can't take this action. So, the customer has to return the package to the warehouse address (take a note in return & refund policy page), they will check and approve the return. And our warehouse is in *******, the address that shows on the website/the box is sales office, not warehouse.
    + We have sent the right item - due to the different monitor and light effects, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the visual pictures, but it's a perfect item, and has no damage or printing mistake. We will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    They wanted me to ship the item back to ******* and I didnt buy them from *******!! The order came from ******* ** and **********. It would have cost me more than what I paid to buy the shoes to send them back to *******. Thats the rip off
