My name is *************************** and I am a patient at Pearle Vision ********** office.I had my annual exam and it was suggested by the Dr. that I should get glasses so I can read and look at my computer at work.I met with ***** and discussed with her that I was having issues reading the papers at work and seeing my computer. She measured me for glasses. I went to pick up my glasses and immediately told her these weren't going to work. I couldn't even see the mirror in front of me. It was blurry. She suggested progressive glasses. I told her that might work,She called me to inform me of the cost,I told her I would let her know. I called the ********** office today and spoke with ******. I explained to her that I decided not to go forward with the progressive as the cost was too much.I asked her if I could get the prescription so I can check out the cost somewhere else. She asked me when I was going to pick up the readers, I told her I wasn't as they weren't right. That I couldn't see the computer. She said that she overheard ***** and myself talking and heard me agree that this was for reading purposes and that she could offer me a store credit. I said I don't want a store credit, I want a refund as the glasses are not what I ordered. Once again she told me I agreed to reading glasses and would not offer me a refund. Why would I get glare protection on reading glasses? I wouldn't. These glasses were for reading as well as looking at my computer. I showed ***** the distance of my work computer using the mirror as an example during my initial visit.I have never ever dealt with such a rude person and a liar as I did today speaking with ******. I should not pay for these glasses. They are not what I ordered.

    Hello,

We are very sorry you had a bad experience.

However, you are not a patient at our office and we dont have any of your records on file.

To resolve your issue, you should contact the Pearle Vision location where you were examined and purchased glasses at.

    Sincerely,
