      I went to Pearle Vision to have my eyes examined and was told I needed glasses once my glasses were ready for pick up when I put them on they were way too strong I could barely see out of them so Ill set up another appointment to have my eyes re-examined so they can adjust the prescription because it was too strong when I went to pick them up the second time the prescription was much better so after wearing them for a while I realize they were still a little bit too strong so I went to have them re-examined and when I saw ********************** and he showed me how I should be wearing the glasses and not looking down but looking straight through and then I said oh OK there OK so I dont really need to have them I redid they were OK but ********************** said well since youre here he did examine my eyes again and he said Ill go ahead and readjust them kinda in the middle halfway and I was like OK but I made it clear that they were OK and I really didnt need them to be readjusted so when I go to pick him up whatever he did kind of made it worse so I called back to say OK I dont need to be re-examine all Im asking you guys to do is to put my glasses back the way they were the second time before the doctor readjusted them because they were OK! I was told to get them put back the way the second doctor had put down which were OK for me that it was gonna cost me to have that done so I spoke to one of the receptionist there who spoke to a manager named **** who told me I would have to pay to get them to put them back the way the second doctor had put them and I explain to her what happened and I said I was OK with it ******************** suggested that he go ahead and tweak them since I came in he didnt say it would cost me if I came back and they werent correct ! so I am requesting someone to help me because it appears that Pearle Vision is being very unfair first of all I wasnt able to even talk back to the doctor the office manager named **** shouldve Investigated what I told her !

      Was saw by a doctor and referred to specialist. Had to return for follow up and to see about new contact. This company told me they ordered my contacts and yet they never came in. I have tried to contact the business on multiple occasions in the past 2 weeks about my contact order and have been told the doctors or managers would call me back which never happens. Now I don't have contacts and after trying to call again the lady who answered the phone kept putting me on hold without telling me she was putting me on hold and was absolulty no help. To say the least I am very dissapointed and now have no contacts.
