      I went back in november of 2020 to get contacts I paid for the visit and contact lenses, I didn't approve the trial lenses and so my order was cancelled. I went back a few months later the prescription was corrected and I got trial lenses again. I never approved for contact lenses to be ordered I should have had a credit for 1 yr of contact lenses yet they say I ordered the contacts. There's no signature, no phone number or anything to prove I did or didn't order it or picked up. I paid ****** for an appointment and contacts and county care should have paid a portion too. The math ISN'T mathing for these charges and someone stole my credit. It should have been sitting in my account and the paperwork is scratched out and written it. I would not have paid for an appointment with credit from my lenses so someone has some explaining to do because these papers look forged. I've definitely been robbed and it's too late to refund to a card that's been closed.

      Respect yourself and AVOID this place at all cost, ignorant and lowlife is the people who runs this place, far from what ethics of ****************** means, and staff is less than trained. Dirty place, walls are falling.But what definitely is worse is the services they provide, eye exams (wrong eye graduations) lenses with wrong graduation, multiple mistakes on the final products, and a clsistic position denying whay they did wrong, yelling at people over the phone, omg! Too much to say.That's why I came here to post my review, horrible place, GIVE YOU A FAVOR and do not do business here.

      Just went in today to pick up my sons glasses, first experience was the rude receptionist which happens to be the daughter of the owner. Second experience was when the owner starting been rude just because I asked him if they can show me the itemized receipt of what I was been charge of. The receipt that was given to me only had the total and apparently he got bother by it. Then I told him that I wasn't satisfied with my son's lenses and if they can send them back to make the glass thinner specially since I paid extra to get them thinner. Not surprise to see all these bad reviews about their attitude.
