      Yes, I receive a bill from the eye institution. I owe $120. I dont know these people anything they owe me 120 due to the procedure they were going to do they did two sessions. I didnt complete the last because they really dried my eyes and they knew it that was something they shouldnt did to my eyes. This place is geared towards people that just need glasses not major issues with their eyes. I expect this company to credit this account not to be billing me $120.

      We have reviewed Ms *************** file and disagree that the amount due is in error.  Below are the dates of service and the associated co-pay for each date - these add up to the billed amount of $120.00 which the patient is responsible for.  

      06/08/2024 -  Balance $15.00 Copay from office visit
      06/21/2024 - Balance $15.00 Copay from office visit
      07/03/2024 - Balance $30.00 copay from office visit and some tests
      07/06/2024 - Balance $30.00 copay from office visit
      07/17/2024 - Balance $30.00 copay from office visit

      Ms ************* did receive two sessions of Low-Level ************* at the IEI.  Required co-pays/charges of $125 for these procedures were paid by the patient on 7/16/2024.

      We communicated with Ms ************* regarding her concerns with the outcome/effects of the procedure and have documented phone records to support.  

      We very much value the opportunity to take care of Ms *************** eye and vision needs and would be happy to explain the charges and go over her visit and payment history with her in person or over the phone.  At this time we believe the billed charges are accurate and due.

      I am rejecting this response because: I'm not interested.  That is incorrect information. They owe me money. didn't do the last session due to them putting that machine in my eyes and making it worse had to see an eye specialist elsewhere. I'm going to get a hold of an Attorney, file a lawsuit or have them investigated. Plus I called several times it's a waste of time calling them.
