      Please be advised that I completed an eye exam on 4.21.23 by ***************************, OD. ***************************, mother, ********** was charged $55 by Dr. ********************** Gehrke's billing office for eye exam in error. As stated on assignment of benefits, I declined for payments of medical benefits to Dr. ********************** Gehrke, OD for eye exam. Hence, a new bill should be submitted to ************************* by ***************************, OD.As for Rx for glasses on 4.21.23, the prescription is not consistent with my vision and post eye exam on 4.25.23 that reflect that I see better in right eye than left. For this reason, I would like to ask for another eye exam by **************** to double check Rx prescription on 4.21.23 in lieu of wearing inaccurate prescription.

      *********************** ******** in my office as an associate doctor so the $55 was not mistakenly billed to Robert Gehrke OD. 

      My office manager, ********** ********, was made aware of ***************************** problem with her glasses and ***** was informed that she could return to our office to have her vision re-examined by either *********************** OD or Robert Gehrke OD. ************************* did not and has not returned to be re-examined. She is still more than welcome to return to our office and be re-examined at no charge to her within a reasonable time frame.  

      We will not refund the $55 for the exam as services have been provided but, as stated previously,  ************************* is very welcome to return to our office to have her vision re-examined.

      I am rejecting this response because I was informed to try on the current prescription with temporary lenses.  My mother's debit card, ***************************, should be refunded of $55.  *************************** placed a dispute of this charge on her card.  Please send me the bill for $55.
