      We have had a billboard with Clear Channel for the past several years without issues until this year. There has been a lack of communication, its been very hard to get anyone from the company to respond. We wanted to update our design for a time sensitive message, the design was sent over on May 10th and here we are July 29th and the board has not been updated and the message only has prime impact for the next couple weeks. We have missed out on nearly 2 months of message display with an old message. I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. Last message I received was "I'll look into this and reach out today" on July 18th. I never heard anything and I reached out again on July 21st stating I haven't heard anything back and here we are on the 29th and I still haven't heard anything. I have called corporate who referred me to the regional branch, I have left several messages and have not received a call back. The bills are still being sent to us with no delays though!

      I spoke with ***** in July and resolved shortly after the complaint.  We had an AE that left and we had a short lapse in response time.   ***** has renewed his contract.
