    I ordered food from a restaurant Chop ******************* at ********************************* the food wasnt ready for 5 minutes so I took my phone and stepped outside the parking lot to make a phone call. When I came back 5 minutes later a boot had been put on my car! The agent pointed to a sign about 12 by 16 inches saying couldnt leave the lot- it was not a prominently displayed sign at all!!! The woman in the restaurant told the agent I was a customer and had just picked up food but he refused to take off the boot. He insisted I pay with cash or Zelle and sign his form or he wouldnt take off the boot. Right on the agents form it says I can pay by credit card- which I would have done so I could dispute the charge. I paid $170 for the boot removal by ***** even thought I had just picked up $80 worth of food in the strip mall! I have left a message for the company asking them to reconsider the charge but have not heard back. A sign should be more than 12x16 inches to be noticed and read!!!

    I Had my Hazards on my Car in the Handicapped spot and asked the Parking Enforcement Person If I could run in for a moment to one of the stores and he booted my Car anyway

    I parked at the ******* and ****** shopping plaza. I went to a cafe on the corner and met a friend. After I came back, my car had a boot on it. The employee of PARKING ENFORCEMENT OF ILLINOIS, INC. pushed me and used words like Beach and Prostitute in his language. He harassed me to pay $170 in cash.
