      1 star because a rating is required they don't deserve any. I was working downtown over the weekend. I had to extend my parking time once due to the time. I was charged a total of $9.72 which I authorized. And I checked my online banking the next day to find I was charged an extra $20 two times that night. I called and apoke w a representative who made no attempts to ammend the situation instead she tried to justify the charges. Then it got to the point that I asked to speak to a manager which she said there was no supervisor available which I said listen I was in your line of work that's what your trained to say because it's a bigger problem for you when they get brought in. She put me on hold and conveniently there was a supervisor available less than 60 seconds later. I spoke w the supervisor informed her that her rep needs an attitude check real quick and that all I wanted was my refund because I refuse to use this app again and that it's completely assinine that they're taking unauthorized funds from my account. I WILL NEVER USE PARK CHICAGO AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE BECAUSE IF YOU DO YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THEM TAKING EXTRA MONEY OFF YOUR CARD ON FILE. THEY TOOK ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS EVEN AFTER THEY'VE BEEN CAUGHT. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND I HOPE THAT SOMEONE READS THIS AND IS SMART ENOUGH TO TAKE MY ADVICE. PAY THE ***** DIRECTLY SO THEY CAN'T STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO.
