    The date of the transaction was June 17, 2023. I paid the business $30, with taxes, for 8 hours of parking. I went to change it to 10 which is the same exact price as the 8, but was charged another $20 plus taxes. I did not even end up using that time anyway. So, I paid them over $50. Their website directly says "Our goal at Premium Parking is not to be the biggest parking operator, but the best." Not only was them overcharging a paying customer making them "not the best" but also the fact that when I did contact their customer service, I was being outright ignored over chat by their representative *****. I was asking her how to contact someone else who could help me and she refused to give me names. Then put me "on hold" over a chat, for 45+ minutes to "take a call". When she finally responds to me, all she says is that I can submit a refund request on their website. So i ended the chat and went and did that. The company was quick to deny my refund request, sending me a link as their excuse, saying that "adding time" cost another $20 even though it was initially the same price. If it weren't for the extremely poor customer service that is really just lacking completely, I would not have taken it this far. But they will not resolve the problem for me or even try which is why I am contacting you. For more context, this parking lot was located at P5308 between the times of 12:48 pm and 10:48 pm. Even if I did use the extra 2 hours, I still believe they took this extra $20 and tax from me, overcharging me, and denied my claim, in bad faith and impermissibly. They have not handled the situation well at all, wasting my time and my money to a great extent. Thank you.
