    I applied for ******** **** and I am supposed to set up the appointment on the *** Global site. When I clicked on setup appointment it took me to the login page. As soon I tried to log in to the site. I am getting the error message. Not able to set up the appointment. When I call the support line - **************. They are charging $2.49/min to talk to you. It's the *** site's fault that it's not working. Seems like a scam to me. First site is not working then ask people to pay for talk time. Please stop this scam

    VFS Global is the only option for obtaining a long term ************** they process the applications in *******. You must book an appointment via their website and submit the application paperwork in person. It was not possible for me to book an appointment and use their basic advertised service, because the website didn't work. I exchanged 24 emails with tech support detailing the issues; although I always got an answer, the recommendations were not helpful (ie "clear cache" or "create a new account" -- all of which I did to no avail.) I sent detailed screenshots of the issues I was facing and my husband also tried to set up an account with a different computer. They continued to send me the same automated response with the same instructions, which didn't work. There are many complaints online about the same issues I experienced. After several weeks of attempts to book online, we went in person to their ******* office to book the appointment. We were turned away and they said it had to be done online (even when I explained the issue and said that I couldn't book online). Every email I received from VFS contained suggestions for "enhanced" services at a much higher cost than the basic service I wanted. After weeks, I became alarmed that I wouldn't be able to get the ****s so I signed up for ***** at your ***************** which indicated a cost of $500 for 1 - 4 persons. (For reference their fees for basic services are $35). I thought $500 was outrageous, but then the written estimate I received for $1970! This is for a **** application that is advertised at $35 pp. I had no choice at this point and applied. The final invoice ended up nearly $2200. The service was delivered and we received our ****s on time.

    I paid VFS Services *** **** to assist with my **** to ******. When I asked the clerk if all my documents were good to go and offered supporting documents to be uploaded if needed that I had them and was willing to pay for their service to scan them in. Is there anything I was missing? She replied,1022071TamaTraining "It should all be uploaded." I had received messages from ****** stating some documents were not there and tried to contact VFS several times to no avail. I am beginning to feel very distraught over this. I need to know that my documents will be returned to me and that my **** has been approved/disapproved.
