      ****** has cost this business the possibility of revenue due to her discriminatory questioning. She asked if my parents spoke any English! When it was she who had a heavy non-English accent and was very hard to understand. She also cheapened this company by stating this right off the bat, then long paused. She rudely remarked no Senior discounts then another long pause.We own an over million dollar mansion and her demeanor has made it a loss to now what is perceived as a mediocre contractor business.
