I agreed to have Graystone *********************************************** rebuild concrete stairs at my home and to also repaint my railings. My primary contact has been ***********************. The concrete stairs were completed but they still have issues and the railing was never sanded down and repainted. I paid **** in full for a job that still needs to be completed. I sent **** pictures with my concerns and he responded by giving me a time frame of when hed be out again. I havent seen him since the day the concrete was poured. The forms were left on for 2 weeks which created indents into the steps which now pools water. The sub contractor that came out to remove the forms tried adding concrete to those indents and now there are various colors of cement and cracks. Railing is still not painted. The quality of work is not what I expected for the amount of money that was spent. At this point I doubt very much there is any hope of them finishing the job. Id love for **** to honor his part of the deal but if not I would appreciate half of the money that was spent back so I can have someone else fix the issues.

I needed to have an area of siding put on my house and a front fence repaired. ******* came to give me an estimate and said he had to call his boss for my budget. He said his boss said that could do it for more money, but I had to sign today and half down. Work was suppose to start 4/20/24. He kept telling me he's waiting for material. ******* said the "shingles" were in. I reminded hin, he was doing siding and a fence. He finally sent someone out the end of May. They wanted ****** more dollars for material. I told him NO !! That's not what the contract said. ( He lost his copy and wanted me to send a picture of it to him). I called the company # to talk to his boss, and ******* answered. (So ******* is the boss. I told him just to send my 1****** back and I will find someone else to do the job. He said No. There was NOTHING done and he will not return my 1******. I just want my 1****** returned !!!

*********************** told us they were licensed and approved to do work in my city and that a permit was not required to replace a driveway apron. Both of those were complete lies. They gave me a bid to do some concrete resurfacing of my front steps, garage floor and sidewalk. Also remove the old asphalt and replace with new in my driveway. Also replace my apron with new concrete and then asphalt. They took half the money up front ($7000). On the start day of the job **** says that he's replacing a portion of the apron. I said no that's not what we agreed upon and that's not what's written down on your estimate. He was angry but said he'd honor the document. They started resurfacing my steps and not 30 minutes later I see **** banging a hole through my front porch. I run out there and he says that the steps are no good and must be replaced and the cost will be $13,500. He threatened to pull the entire project if I didn't accept on the spot and give him another $7000. They took $14.5K from me in total and did none of the work they said and now I have damage all over my property, horrible new front steps and a hole in my driveway. This was all done on June 3rd and 4th 2024. They have not been back since and will not return calls or messages. I've now got 2 other bids for those steps and they both agreed it was a $4000 job tops. None of the other work was done and they will not complete the steps. I need help. My apron has a huge hole in it, my walkway is damaged in 3 spots from grinding and the steps they put in are not finished and look horrible.
