      In January of 2023 I was in a car accident where the at fault driver totaled my vehicle. I contacted this company to assist with filling a claim against my own car insurance company since the at fault driver had no insurance. I have had to give him the same information twice (pictures, outlines of my doctors appointments and injuries etc.)since I first contacted him in helping with my case. June 19th he finally contacted me and said that they received an offer but I still have not received any form of payment. My car was a source of my income and Im currently struggling and have been since the accident and this company is prolonging my case.

      This complaint filed with the BBB has been resolved with our client.

      We were very sorry to hear that ****************** was unsatisfied with the legal services provided by our law firm. We try to make all of our clients happy.

      Our law office was retained on 1/10/2023 after our client sustained injuries in an auto accident that occurred on 1/8/2023.

      We obtained an insurance policy limits settlement offer on 6/20/2023, which is less than 6 months after being hired.

      The complaint with the BBB was filed as we were going through the process of verifying and negotiating medical liens and subrogation claims, and working to maximize ******************' net financial recovery from the settlement.  This is an important part of the case. If we are not thorough in this process, it can cost the client thousands of dollars.

      We sent our client a copy of her file as requested, and she has decided to not switch lawyers at this time and let us finish the case.
