      Im filing a complaint against Disparti Law Group for unethical and unprofessional conduct during my personal injury case. They contacted me within minutes of my car accident, which felt aggressive, but I hired them after some research. That decision turned out to be a major mistake.I was sent to The Pain and *************** at ***************** for 15 sessions of physical therapy, but all they did was place a basic electric stim devicesomething I already ownedon my lower back. No actual PT was done. I was also referred to Bright Light Medical Imaging for MRIs. I asked them to bill my personal insurance, but they ignored my request and billed Disparti directly, without my ************* took nearly 3 years for my case to settle out of court for $25,000, but Im only receiving about $5,000. The rest was split between Disparti and the medical providers they referred me to, which now feels like a coordinated profit-sharing scheme.Worse, I was told by my attorney, *****, that Id receive my funds within 6 weeks of signing the closing documents. I signed on March 30, 2025. Today is May 15, and I still have not received my money. Ive been repeatedly told it will be several more weeks because everyone else has to be paid first. As the client, I find this unacceptable and completely unprofessional.This experience has caused me serious stress and financial hardship. I believe Disparti Law Group and their medical affiliates operate with little regard for client care or ethical standards. I request the BBB investigate this firm and hold them accountable for their questionable practices.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ***** concerns. While we regret that he is dissatisfied with his settlement, we would like to provide some clarification regarding the process and outcome.

      Mr. ***** case was resolved for the full policy limits available, which is the maximum recovery permitted under the applicable insurance policy. Despite the fact that the case required litigation, our firm reduced our standard litigation fee.

      We understand Mr. **** was disappointed with the final amount he received. However, it is important to note that a significant portion of the reduction came from a loan he chose to take out during the course of his case, which directly impacted his final disbursement. Additionally, we explained multiple times that certain medical providers involved in his treatment would not accept traditional health insurance, which is common in personal injury cases.

      Regarding the timeline for distribution, Mr. **** received his settlement within the standard 68 week window that we communicate to all clients. We believe our firm acted in Mr. ***** best interest at all stages, communicated expectations clearly, and worked to maximize his recovery under the circumstances.

      Law firm didnt resolve in a timely manner have yet to deliver payment owed. Very poor communication have to reach out multiple times to get a response. And sometimes my issue goes ignored
