    Every time I see Malman Laws commercial it brings back pain. I trusted them and feel my trust *** have been misplaced and a big mistake. My mother died and I feel her death was premature and a result of egregious neglect in a nursing home. A representative of Malman met with me, they assigned a case number, had me send them required documentation and they said they would order my moms medical records and get back to me. They gave me a game plan of what I could expect with a couple of months. I kept contacting them because they were not getting back to me and they kept reassuring me they were on it but were meeting with resistance on obtaining medical files. They told me they would have everything together in a timely manner. About 4 months prior to the 2 year statute of limitations of my legal right to persue a case they sent me a registered letter stating they did not want to offer an explanation, but no longer wished to represent me. The turnaround time of hiring someone else, of them obtaining her medical files and filing a suit left me in a position of what I felt was no recourse that late in the day. Leaves me questioning why they would wait that long and if it was deliberate.

    I filed a law suit on behalf of my uncle who passed away from a nursing home injury. The lawsuit was settled 2 years ago and Malman Law has only released part of the money so 10/24/2023 I had an appointment in there office to receive another check and other people involved in the case to pick up the first one, that they should have received months ago only for them to first say we didnt have a meeting (lie number one) and then to say all there checks were stolen. But for months they kept saying the checks were mailed just lie after lie. But the email paperwork you sign states you received a check and never did. When I look at there reviews which I should have looked at along time ago everyone who has a nursing home case has a problem when its time to receive there money.***** told my family members he would redo the paperwork and didnt.I wouldnt recommend this company not for nursing home cases . And they have the nerve to have a attitude when you ask questions.And its funny how I was told the checks were stolen looking back at these reviews the same story in July of this year but yet ***** and ***** of accounting said this happened 2 weeks ago. Now something fishy is going on here. And when ask to speak to Mr.Malman himself he is never there.

    This firm is horrible and liars they give you a new story every week. Don't return calls or emails checks come up missing we have been waiting for payment since July 25 2023 still getting the run around

    I contacted Malman Law because my son was in a car accident, but at first I contacted ****** and ****, and that was a BIG mistake, cause they don't have a clue what they're doing, but right away I got ahold of Malman Law firm and it was a breath of fresh air! *************************** was are girl that was with us every step of the way and her patience and her hard work and determination was amazing!!!!! She went well beyond her call of duty and I bothered her so much and she always was so helpful and polite and just an incredible person and definitely an asset to Malman Law firm!!! I just wanted to give credit when credit is due, and *************************** is 5 ? stars in my book!! If you ever need a lawyer for anything, call Malman Law and ask for ***************************, you will be ?? % satisfied by the time you're off the phone, cause you can't go wrong with Malman Law and ***************************!!! Thank you for all your help and time with the situation!!! You're number 1!!!

    My attorney claimed that there was no Lien buy my private insurance until I requested that they pay my ambulance **** and then after that all of a sudden there was a lien that appeared after they told me I was clear they did not notify me about the lien until after they made an offer to my insurance and made the offer to my personal insurance without notifying me or getting my consent as to how much I was comfortable offering for subjugation I strongly feel I am being retaliated against but have no other options
