On May 23, 2022 I paid Chellie ******* $5000.00 for her services. Chellie has not provided the services we agreed upon and that I paid for. Chellie is not working with me, she does not respond to my messages, and refuses to refund me. I would like a refund of $5000.00

    Business Response

    Date: 10/05/2022

We thank the BBB for bringing this is unfortunate (and misleading) complaint to our attention. The parameters, goals and fees were clearly explained and agreed-upon before the client engaged us. When the initial deposit was paid, my team of fashion stylists invested considerable time, effort, skill and expense tailored to the particular fashion needs of this client. The client appeared quite pleased with our services and overtly grateful (by text, phone and on social media) throughout the process.

For reasons we can only assume are personal and unrelated, the client’s temperament changed. Her behavior toward our staff became unprofessional and antagonistic. We decided to part ways on the advice of legal counsel. We also agreed to forfeit collection of the remaining fee balance owed. We pray that everything is ok, and hope this young woman is able to connect with a new stylist who is both patient and capable of managing her expectations.
