    On April 30th I purchased 2 Pilates reformers for my 2 daughters for mothers day, the purchase came with a 30 day free work out trail which my daughters were unable to use being that I purchased the reformers so they didn't have access to my email or phone to view the video which was perfectly fine. On May 29th 28Pilates charged my account ***** for two membership fees, I immediately contacted them to dispute. There no where on there site says after the 30 day trial it will automatically become a membership and that you will be auto charged ***** per membership. They emailed me back and said that they would not refund me but they would give me another 30 days for free and a link to cancel the membership which I did. There is no where that I signed for this membership or signed anything that they could auto debit my account.
