    Pillow is so flat that you cant tell which side is supposed to be up if it has a pillowcase on it. I received it in June but didnt start using it until late July due to travel. I started getting horrible neck and shoulder pain after a few weeks. By August, I had to go to my doctor for the pain. Im now in physical therapy. I sleep on my left side and the pillow is so flat that it causes my left shoulder to curl inward. I stopped using the pillow and felt so much more comfortable while sleeping. The advertising is falseI honestly cant imagine how the Proease pillow would be comfortable for anyone. Company says I cant return it now, as its past the 100 day period, but reading other reviews, sounds like they wouldn't have honored it within any timeframe.

    I've been searching for a decent pillow and their website claimed that there was a 100 day trial and if you're unsatisfied, they offer easy returns for a full refund. The website is full of lies and false advertisements. I wish I would have looked here before I placed my order. The pillow is nothing like advertised and I asked for a return for a refund within 20 minutes of opening the package. They claimed that they could not give a full refund because the cost of shipping would be $20+. They offered me a 50% refund and to keep the pillow. They ended up giving me a 75% refund and now will not respond. I've filed a claim with my credit card company.

    Received product that is nothing like what was advertised, extremely flat and poor quality. I have sent 5 emails and tried to contact via phone. The phone number provided on the website says it is not in service. The company is a scam as it advertised a great looking pillow along with flooding the internet with false reviews stating how great it is. This is just not the case, I have never been so disappointed in a product before. It is not even close to what is shown in pictures.
