    I ordered online for pickup. This is not the first time I have ordered here. I ordered a 18 inch pizza with sausage and pepperoni and a 6 piece wings tossed in Spicy Garlic with a side of ranch to dip. Upon picking up the order they had the food in a pizza box and a paper bag that was stapled so I didnt check the food until I arrived at home. I live in a busy neighborhood where theres never any parking and it was already late at night. Upon checking the food the wings were plain and burnt. I then called the restaurant to tell them about my issue. The first call a lady answered and when I told her my issue she was explaining to the manager and she put me on hold then hung up the phone. I called back again and she said on their receipt it doesnt say I ordered spicy garlic wings, but on my receipt and confirmation email it specifically says I ordered spicy garlic wings and a side of ranch. The lady then said I had to come on bring them the wings and theyll put spicy garlic on the wings. First and foremost my wings were already cold and they wanted me to leave ************ my vehicle from a parking spot to give them the same wings that was cold to dip it in the sauce. That is ridiculous not once in my life has a restaurant ever said to use the old food to accommodate their mistake. They then told me to send them a copy of my confirmation email which I did. The manager got on the phone and said I would have to come in at that moment for them to switch it. I then asked him I wanted a refund because theres no way Im leaving my home at night for their mistake. He refused to give me a refund and hung up the phone. I called back again and he refused to help me and hung up again. I just want a refund for my order and I want an apology from the company.
