    Donated 886 Units Of Plasma And they have not put my $100.00 on my card according to the rules and regulations of the company policy! Was done with my donation @ 11:30 a.m. 10/06/2023 called to check my balance nothing was posted! I go back to their facilities @ **** N. Central I told the woman at the desk my money wasn't on my card. She says you just left right? I respond yes about 15 minutes ago! She has a rebuttal saying give it 15 minutes to an hour! I respond that's not how it works; again with a rebuttal she says your money don't just get on there it takes time you're not the only person to be processed! I respond this is some bullshit! She then says give it another 15 minutes to an hour it should be on there! I'm frustrated but refused to make a scene so I say again this is some ******** and walk out the door. I leave going to ****** I get caught in the rain before I get on the 603 Pace Bus. Pouring Down Raining My Phones Dead So I Proceed To Elgin Going To Spring Mall ******. Still No Money Issued From Grifols Plasma AKA Biotech! I have rode 2.5 hours my money still isn't issued! I go by the stuff I needed wait another 30 minutes for a bus caught in the rain again by the time I arrive home it's about 3:35 or 3:40 p.m. Get home plug my phone up called Chase Prepaid Portal Number Still No Payment Yet They're Making $3500.00 Per Bottle And My Money Still Isn't Issued. They Refuse to answer their phones. After calling about 6 times I call again and leave messages stating my money is not on my card and if it's not on there I'm returning with the police tomorrow and filing complaints with the BBB and Attorney ***************** Called several more times to both card issuer Grifols and card company which is Chase nothing no money, no response, no answered calls! I want my$3500.00 plasma back because that's what they're selling 886 units for maybe more!

    ***** came in to donate on 10.06.2023 for the second time, payment was issued same day, please see attachment anything outside of the original payment promised requires manager approval as a safety catch for our business. Donor was issued 2 separate payments one of 40.00$ and 60.00$ same day. Her initial payment was also submitted same day.
