    I was approved through alpheon credit for the amount of $11,000 for lioo. My procedure was $9,500 & alpheon credit paid in full to 63 ****************************** The day of the procedure 63 ************* cancelled my surgery because my blood pressure was too high. I was told that they would refund alapheon credit except $200. I was told it will take 45 days. It has been over 3 ************* still have not paid alaheon credit. They told me to call alapheon credit & file a dispute so I did. ******** credit said I cant file a dispute because it has been longer than 60 days that they should just refund the money.I left several messages with 63 laser clinic & still no answer they say they are with a patient & they will call me back. They never do. They are very unprofessional.In the meantime I have been paying Alapheon credit so my credit is not ruined. I guess I will have to obtain a lawyer to get my money back.

    Hello,

    This is regarding a 3rd party financing company which patient used as a source of payment. We do not offer financing directly at our center. The issue is being resolved with the third party company and it should get updated and refunded within 72 hours.

    P.S. we have 100s of patients who happily uses our third party financings;however, we do not have direct control of their process and procedures.
