    I was at Blue Ridge Rock Festival, and the professionalism of this company was one of the only good things that came from this horrible time. Out of four days we only experienced 1 1/2 at most, depending on when you tried to get in, some experienced less. Anyways, Entertainment Lockers, reached our to those who had lockers and started offering partial refunds before attendees of the festival reached out to them. Also, for those who were still close by, people had the opportunity to pick up what was in their lockers on what would have been the last day of the festival. And they shipped out everyone else stuff free of charge, first class. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond.

    I asked for a full refund on my locker purchase at Blue Ridge Rock Fest, and as I sent the same thing to each vendor to get all my money back, which read, Hello,After waiting for 4.5 hours for a shuttle to go to my car on Thursday and being stuck in a lightening and hail storm with no shelter, I ask that my entire locker payment be refunded immediately. The unsafe situation we were forced into resulted in us never returning. We were in the festival area for a total of 2 hours. I am prepared to fight for all my charges to be returned from each party, even if it leads to legal action. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.Its great they reached out first and I didnt need to. The complaint I have is with the response I received. It was the most unprofessional and insulting thing Ive ever see from a business. Its not about $75, its about the experience given with anyone associated with the Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Hi **** I appreciate you trying to threaten us with legal action over a 75 dollar locker which was open thursday and friday. Considering we actually communicated with you and doing our best to remedy the awful situation, one that we did not cause. Very kind of you. I issued you a full refund since it seems like you really need it. Hope that helps and that you have a better day.
