How this company receives a 4.5 rating is beyond me. Lousy customer service, their idea of repair is send a patch kit. My container had bent locking rods, was hard to get into, a bunch of foam sealant on top of the door so of course it doesn't leak. The significant rust on used containers is understandable but I had almost 10 welded on patches, a huge dent approx 3x3 ft. The driver noted the seals on the door were bad and needed replaced. The guides were also bent making it hard to open. Their response was it's not leaking and even if I wanted to send it back you have to contact them and then pay hundreds for return. My container was junk. They did not address the problems that their driver even pointed out. There is no way this container was inspected several times otherwise it would not have left the lot. Their words are LIES!!! They do not care about customers at all. Their driver even told me it was the worst container he had delivered this year. Really sad the amount of money they charge for junk. I wish reviews would count for the rating I would not have purchased from them. They are not very dependable or ethical at all. They only try to work things out if it's a complaint that makes them look bad.I'd file a complaint but I doubt anything would happen they did offer me $50 what a joke. They ended up offering me $150 as good faith lol. It's guilty conscience money.. I DO NOT Recommend buying from them at all. *************,sad company only about themselves.

Hey ****, I'm sorry that you did not have the experience that you had expected. We show that you signed/accepted the container at delivery (as the 3rd inspection) and the driver signed for it as well as the 2nd inspection. We're the low price leader in the used shipping container industry and we do our best to set expectations for what an inexpensive, used shipping container looks like but we don't always see eye to eye. 4 starsI contacted these people and they gave me the quote. I looked around but I still could not find any price better than the price they quoted me. After I made the purchase, I received my container within 6 days. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a steel shipping container for storage.Review fromAngela S

5 starsI had an excellent experience ordering through MobileMod. The timeframe quoted for delivery was accurate. We had two units coming, and they arrived on two different days, but all that was coordinated ahead of time. The driver was professional, the sales agent helpful and knowledgable as well. 5 starsI am very pleased with the service I was given, the sales agent was very polite over the phone and was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped take me through the different container specs and helped me decide which option would be best. Very quick delivery and clean. Would definitely use this company again.
