    On 12/22/2023 Three separate orders for fruit baskets were placed at the online website of Allyson Flowers (allysonsflowers.com). All three orders were for delivery in the ******** area of ************ (*****). The order numbers were as follows: *****, *****, and *****. Each order was for a deluxe or premium fruit basket that were each chosen from the various photos displayed on the website. The total amount paid for the three fruit baskets was $460. After the baskets were delivered from ************************ in **********, **, the three different recipients each informed me that their baskets contained junk food such as potato chips, pretzels, candy bars, and the like. None of the baskets contained so much as a single piece of fruit. To add insult to injury, much of the junk food had expiration dates that were already past. The people who received these baskets do not eat junk food (which is why I ordered FRUIT BASKETS) so this money was completely wasted and I was left completely embarrassed. On 12/26/2023 I contacted Allyson Flowers via their customer support contact page (allysonsflowers.com), explained the problem and told them that I was deserving of some sort of reconciliation. To date, they have not responded and have made no attempt to address the issue with me. Their website has a disclaimer stating that some types of Flowers may have to be substituted for others in arrangements in case there are shortages of some types of flowers. But it says nothing about selling Deluxe Fruit Baskets and substituting ALL of the Fruit with Junk Food.

    Hello, on Nov 23 I placed an online order with a company called Allysons Flowers. The website stated that they were based in ********, **********. I requested flowers for my uncle whos wife just passed away. Since then I've followed up with the company by phone and email, with no response. Based on my own research, it appears that other customers have had the same experience. The flowers were never delivered. Ive disputed the transaction with my bank and would like to warn other customers to avoid this fraudulent business. **********************************************************
