  They replace your items with items you did not order then give you a hassle about returning them, or refunding your money.

  Extremely unprofessional company. Purchased 25 printers from them. When they arrived, 3 fell apart in our hands. I called and the ** rep who answered was extremely condescending. He informed me that they do state that the items are refurbished. You have to scroll down 9 pages to get that information while other, more professional companies offer that information outright. When I explained that I wanted to return these, the ** rep became so rude that I had to hang up on them. When I received a copy of their documentation on the chargeback dispute I had filed, their private notes in the system read "customer got ugly". VERY unprofessional. The other thing I noticed was that they referred to me as "Mrs.". Not once in any communication to them did I indicate that I was married or to refer to me as a Mrs. **** also noted that I had an issue setting up the printers. Hard to set up a printer that again, fell apart in your hands. It's like telling a person who just totaled their car that it's fine to drive.

  Warning: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Bought and paid for a Zebra thermal printer that was *** compatible - it was "not currently available". I agreed when they said they would send me a replacement that was "as good as if not better" than *****. We received it; unable to program it to work with *** labels. Had our IT provider come in and work on it - he was unable to sync it to the *** program and found out that the software of the machine was extremely outdated and was unable to be updated to current *** compatibility. It was returned to Thermal Printer 5 weeks ago and I STILL HAVEN'T received a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

  May 2018: purchased a new Zebra ZP-450 printer from Thermal Printer Outlet (TPO)Dec 2022: printer started malfunctioning so bought the same item thinking it would be a new since I was paying full market price When printer arrived... It was scuffed up with a label showing manufacture date of 2014 Printer configuration showed usage of ******* inches or roughly ******* labels I called TPO and they told me it was refurbished as mentioned in the product specs Product specs are easy to miss on their website since it's far down the page If printer is REFURBISHED, it should state so clearly in the title BUYER BEWARE...TPO is sneaky & dishonest

  If minus zero was available, I would have chosen that! I made a purchase online for a label printer because the website said it was in stock. After completing the purchase, my credit card was immediately charged and I received an email that this item was out of stock. The email proceeded to state that I had the option to wait for it to come in or receive a refund. I opted for a refund and was told that I was have it back in my account in 3-5 days. Well, not true. Week after week, I was told that the refund was issued and I had to wait another 3-5 days. Well after several phone calls, I finally received my refund 15 days later. This company has poor customer service and will lie to you every chance they get.
