    on november 4,2022, i trusted this company called first impression of chicago to handle my mothers Obituary for her services which were november 18,2022, i put a ****** dollar deposit down on november 4,2022 as well i was working with a lady by the name of **************** really thought i was working with a professional, after looking over the Obituary on november 15,2022 there were issues that she needed to fix she spelled names wrong in which she fixed my name ,but my grandmother and one of my cousin has the same first name in the first paragragh of the Obituary she spelled it Theatre, and their names are spelled ********, this was a very delicate day for me and my family and for the Obituary to be read aloud with the mistake she made was hurtful ,the lady acted as if everything was a joke,it was too late to go somewhere else, I would have did that. , I want a partial refund because she did not add the photos that I wanted her to use for my kids their were only 5 photos i feel that i was overcharged
