  This is a third party process company used by ************ to serve paperwork. This company is ok with their servers harassing people and damaging their property. I reported to both companies that the server that came to my house was there for at least an hour leaving and coming back, going all around my house banging on windows and doors to the extent of leaving 8 marks on my front door, looking in windows possibly saw me naked, yelling or talking loudly outside my house, called the police because I wasn't answering, looking over my privacy fence into my backyard to the extent of damaging my fence, harassing my lawncare kid that is a minor and asking him for his ID and looking into his car windows. *** ***** at Windy City is now lying stating I never told him any of this and thinks it's OK that he sent this processor **** back to my house twice after both companies were informed of his behavior and that I didn't want that processor back on my property. He stated he is the only server his company has in my area and he asked me where's my proof. He has shown NO remorse for what **** did and is going to allow this lunatic to continue harassing women and children. They are also refusing to pay for the damages **** caused to my property, and I now have to pay his company since he served the paperwork.

  This is Windy City Process Serving ***** response to the claims made by ****** ********* on 12/10/24, BBB ID ********.

  
  

  **** ***** was assigned a Summons and Complaint (case No 24-FC-322 **************, IL Circuit Court) ************ v, ****** ******

  ***** visited **************************************************************** on numerous occasions between 10/10/24 and 10/14/24 attempting to serve the summons and complaint upon ****** ****** or anyone who lives there with her 13 years of age or older. This is the rule of law as written in the IL Code of Civil Procedure. ***** was not successful on any of his attempts between those dates. 

  ***** is allowed to ring the doorbell and knock on doors and windows to alert the resident that he is there. This particular home has a camera doorbell and other security cameras affixed to various places around the home. On 10/11/24 at approximately 10:50AM, ***** encountered a young, male driving a truck registered to ************************************************************. The truck pulled into the driveway of the home as ***** was there. ***** asked him a series of questions trying to find out if he lived there. The male refused to identify himself other than being a maintenance worker stopping there to cut the grass. ***** did not serve him and the male drove off. On another occasion, a Dodge Challenger belonging to ****** ********* and the truck from the previous encounter were both parked in the driveway. ***** heard voices inside and knocked and rang the doorbell but the occupants refused to answer. ***** left again and did not return to the defendant's home until receiving more documents to post on the defendant's front door on 12/7/24. Photo of this posting is attached. Please notice there is no damage to the door. Also notice the security cameras affixed to the home.

  ***** did not harass ****** ********* as they never encountered each other.

  ***** did not damage Arosemenas fence or door.

  ***** did ask Granite City Police for help at the residence after the encounter with the male on 10/11/24. The police tried to contact the occupants as well but nobody answered the door.

  ****** ***** spoke with ********* on the phone twice and asked her for proof that ***** damaged her property. ***** stated that he would pay for any damage caused by ***** but only if there was proof. Since there were cameras affixed all over the home, there should be evidence of ***** damaging property.

  Windy City Process Serving has been in business for approximately seven years and has never had a complaint filed against it. We are professional and do not escalate situations. We gather facts and serve process based upon those facts. We are sorry that Miss ********* is upset that ***** was knocking on her door trying to serve her process but that is what we were tasked to do by the Plaintiff's attorneys and ultimately by the Circuit Court of **************, ***

  I am rejecting this response because:
  I have pictures of the damage that was done to my fence and my door. Just because you see, cameras does not mean that they are working or that they are charged. I realize other than multiple witnesses I have no proof, so that I would need a lawyer in order to take care of this. This is leaving anyone that comes into contact with your employee unsafe! Your company is disgusting for allowing this type of behavior! Even if they are allowed to knock on doors and windows, they should not be banging on them to the point of damage and scaring people. *** never told me he would pay for anything Even if I had proof, he called me a liar, basically after he lied to me saying that he would never send this guy back to my house and did anyway. This company is lying for this man, and unfortunately, they're able to do so, since my cameras were not charged. He should not be scaring any minor no matter where they live or asking them for their id, he is not a cop. He has anger issues. He needs therapy, and he should be removed from his duties. After looking in my windows and possibly seeing me naked as I was trying to come out of the shower due to how loud he was being. They didn't comment on that. Are they allowed to look inside people's houses through a crack in the curtain? Nobody in their right mind is going to answer the door for a lunatic! Let's be serious, he was just mad that he was not able to serve us In the past and he went a little psycho. I don't care about the little hundred dollars that he makes off of serving us. You think I was worried about that? I just didn't want him at my house because he's insane. He absolutely was harassing me! You do not have to speak to someone to harass them. That just further solidifies, why I wouldn't make this up. I Never even spoke to the man. You think I just automatically hate him out of nowhere because he wants to serve us... That's not his fault. What is his fault, Is his disgusting behavior that he should go see a therapist for. I feel sorry for his family as he is probably abusive, After seeing that type of behavior that would be my assumption. Aw, poor baby didn't get to serve someone...Let me throw a fit. If someone doesn't answer the door you leave and you come back later and it is not common practice for them to contact the police, and I was told so by Regions. The officer even acted like he was being crazy, I was told. What a waste of time for the police! If my cameras would have been working, I absolutely guarantee This man would have been fired if windy's city company wants to be a respectable company and do the right thing. If this ever happens again, I will ensure my cameras are working before that man ever steps foot back on my property since your company doesn't want to take things seriously, and do what is right so it is in his best interest to never come back on my property since i've stated multiple times to multiple companies.I do not want him on my property! Send someone else that's fine. I wouldn't even care if my property wasn't paid for as long as that man never has the opportunity to do this to another woman or child. Which shows again I'm not worried about the money. I couldn't even get a good enough response that they would even talk to him. Nope, they just simply do not care because I don't have proof, so what I say happened does not matter to this company at all. In my opinion, Windy City is a trash company with nothing but inconsiderate, lying, and abusive employees and I will be hoping for your downfall.
