I am a current unit owner who experienced serious misconduct by the property managers, ******** ****** and ****** *****, at Community Specialists. After I lawfully provided two time windows for a scheduled inspection, I was threatened with unauthorized entry and falsely accused of "resisting compliance" - despite my full cooperation.I've formally requested a written apology and explanation three separate times. I have received no acknowledgment from the property manager, her direct supervisor, or anyone at the company. The lack of professionalism and refusal to take accountability is unacceptable.

Community Spec.. mange my building and they are horrible!!! All was well until they had to manage a riser project and then true colors came out. Full disclosure I was angry - but I pay to live here, they work here. The building manger handled my concerns and complaint by treating me like a piece of dirt! He belittled me, talked down to me and basically told me to go F off, in other words of course - but I got the message. We are now dealing with poor decision again with a carbon monoxide leak - excessive heat int he building and refusal to turn on the **** and as stated below - they cater the several wealthy unit owners and board members, that is it. If I did what he did anywhere, talking to someone the way he did as an employee - I would not only have lost my job but would have faced other repercussions as representative of the organization.

The on-site property manager has previously discussed with ******************** various situations, and she was given information each time in a professional manner to respond to her questions and concerns. The property manager does not know what other information he can provide to respond to ********************. A summary of just a few items the property manager has shared with ******************** are the following: The riser project is being performed by professionals that are permitted by the city for this work. The building has a CO detection system, which recently detected a CO leak. Notices were sent out to everyone in the building about what was going on regarding the CO leak and what caused it. Also, the management office sent out a notice to all residents when everything was repaired and had been retested. The building staff also has a handheld CO detector that is used to do spot checking on floors, which was done while repairs were being completed. The city (fire department) and ******* ************* have already been out to clear the building of any issues regarding the CO leak. The city ordinance sets the requirements for the heating and cooling seasons and this information was provided to ********************. The building complies with this ordinance.

community specialists manage the condo building that i have lived for many a decade. they cater to those who own multi units instead of everyone who only own one due to the proxies to keep them under contract so the run the place like a apartment building a luxury condo building. the financing is sketchy i asked to be removed in April 2022 of there auto debit for monthly assessments and was assured this will be done via text. now i am for the most part always paid up three months always paid the special assessment upfront in full though its like pulling teeth on why and where the money is going. To my horror august 2022 community specialists attempted to TAKE close to $12,000.00 out of my checking with out any authorization from or the bank causing over draft fee's late payments etc. instead of a apology or anything they charged me check return fee. i don't know why places like this feel they can do what ever they want to people like us .i am a retired man in my 60's on a fixed income.
