    I moved into my unit Feb 14,2023. While in this unit I have submitted multiple work orders to be completed via the tenant portal. Each time Ive had to make a f/u call to have the work orders completed. ********* is the first point of contact for this company and it seems the only contact. Her attitude towards tenants who call with genuine concerns is demeaning, argumentative, and disrespectful. It basically verbal and emotional abuse. I would like to speak with someone about her behavior toward myself and other tenants and possibly reach some type of resolution.

    ******************** has made 3 work orders in her time with us.  The first was a tripped circuit breaker.  Tenants are advised at the key pick up that the breakers are in the basements which they have access to.  The second was for her stove not working.  The gas was shut off at the valve and we opened it for her.  Most recently she called and asked for us to change her light bulbs in the kitchen.  She was advised that we do not change light bulbs as that is a tenant responsibility.  Once we were made aware that she could not get the light fixture down we sent maintenance out and the light bulbs were changed.  

     

    I called the tenant today and had a discussion about the issues that she has with our office manager and I believe we have cleared the air and will move forward with a better working relationship.
