      I do not normally write reviews, but I am compelled to go public with the current situation I am in with Ashford Belmar. My apartment has been without heat for over two weeks, in the middle of November in ********. One week after reporting the issue, I was provided one small space heater, and then a second the next day. The apartment is ****sqft and two small space heaters is simply inadequate. I have spent a lot of time talking to various employees who all tell me the same thing, that they can't get a vendor out and have no idea when they will be able to. ******** law is pretty clear cut in the requirements for what a landlord must do to provide a safe, habitable apartment, and Ashford Belmar appears to be in clear violation of them. I have left numerous voicemails asking for callbacks and the like and most of them go unreturned. In the conversations I have been able to have, I've been treated like I'm asking for too much, when all I have asked for is to be provided with adequate heating, be that space heaters that will actually warm an apartment, or a working HVAC unit.I used to love living here, but this situation has completely soured my opinion. Nobody should ever have to be treated like they are out of line simply for asking for heating.If employees from Ashford Belmar/Waterton are monitoring this, please contact me, I know you have my information.

      Poor management. Maintenance request never completed. The property does not honor items in their lease agreements. I do not recommend this property.
