    The complaint is from 11/21/22, I celebrated a friends birthday that evening. We had a reservation for 10 people, our waiter explained to us due to it being a large group we had to have a card on file. We got our bill it was ******, one of the guest in our group paid the waiter 400 in cash. Later after we have left and we our now at the next spot we are celebrating our friends birthday my card was charged ******. I reached out to the company initially the next day, I was told the manager who handles these manners was not in. Ironically I called 2-3 times a week and this person was never there between the hours of 11am-3pm. So after a month I get a follow up from the manager ******* to get my take on what happened and she explained she would follow up with me by the next week. It took another two weeks of my constantly calling to get a call back. She later explained to me that the waiter was fired but not for that reason, she claimed he said we only gave him 20 dollars. I told her to review the camera and the guy who is next to me clearly counts our money and hands it to the waiter. Nor did I sign a receipt that said for ****** which she admitted the waiter added it on himself. I still havent gotten a follow up to resolve it or at-least an update from the last time we spoke which was the last week of January.

    I was work in there for over three months now I was only given one verbal write up the clause and the termination rules were that youd have to get one verbal write up one written write up and one final termination write up in order to be fired I have only received one verbal write up and when I called off for being sick the next day I was fired they didnt give me any information I could tell from the procedures that they were going through that they were trying to fire me from that point they did not go through the proper procedure in order to fire me
