Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC - Im writing this complaint based on the effort that was given By *******. At some point we came to an agreement with my home insurance and ******* to get my roof fixed including gutter. The problem here is they left a huge gap on my siding which in the future if its not fixed ASAP it will cause Long term damages. Which again will cause MY ROOF to start LEAKING Again. I contacted the Representative from DYNAMIC, but still it has been 3-4 months and all they keep saying is we will get it done. I called Dynamic Adjusting Firm LLC directly to their office , left a Voicemail but no one has ever tried contacting me. Im disappointed and Dissatisfied with the Urgency the put into their customers. This is Poor quality work, Dishonesty, unfair treatment.Business Response

thanks for the opportunity to response to the homeowner concern about his roof that R&G RENOVATIONS did on this property we already notify the roofing crew and also the homeowner that they will go back and do whatever it takes to make sure our homeowner is satisfied i ll be uploading the final photo after it is completed should be in the next couple days.

On 11/29/2023, Dynamic Adjusting Firm, performed the job of replacing my roof, on Which they failed to provide me with the color I had ordered. They took it upon themselves to give me, just any color they saw fit or was sale for them, in then process, they were to replace my gutters aswell, to which they damaged my property, didn't fix an open hole suffet, DURING the pandemic unusually cold, which lead to rain, snow and wind to damage the interior of my property and frozen pipes in my bathrooms, Forcing me to hire professionals to ***** and repair the frozen pipes,, FURTHER MORE, they FRAUDENTLY cashed two checks for the equivalent amount of ********* Dollars by FORGING my signature and the mortgage company's..Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: All the information provided the dynamic representative, is all Hearsay. i would like to remind BBB, that this case based on forgery of checks and I.D. THEFT/FORGERY. included is a copy of the settlement copy on which shows the deducted money by the insurance,- the original contract date,- screen shots from Freedom morgage repeated request for the affidavit, for no signature on checks,- the original formal complaint to the ************* of insurance,-dynamic kindly summitted a copy of work order never sign nor seen by me,-on the settlement claim payment letter, it clearly states the deducted $5,000.15, which Dynamic demanded , I payed them, after I the wrong roof color was installed, In numerous occasions made them aware of the deduction, ***** ( general manager ) was very rude and clearly stated, no more work will be done, till the illegal deduction was payed to dynamic insurance. In which point the damage done, to my property, and the coming cold weather, wind ,snow and rain,
the original contract was signed on 05/10/2023, not 07/12/2023,,the settlement was concluded on 07/11/2023,,,which Miss ***** clearly knew, or she would not had confused the dates,,
included are screen shots of email between the insurance, freedom mortgage and myself, requesting affidavits on the fruadalent signed checks. in addition when miss ***************** from the insurance company, AFFIRMS ,the deductible been ALREADY deducted..
in the original complaint to the ********* ********** of insurance, (which very kindly summitted by ***************,) in which I clearly stated, that i signed the $4,489.37 dollars, ( which was cashed with OUT, freedom mortgage's endorsement) NEVER DID I, sign the check for $25,482.62 dollars,,
The WORK order,( again thank you Miss ***** ),, This is the first of my knowledge that this document existed, As the copy clearly shows my name was writing in a different color,. ***** as to opposed of blue on the rest of the contract. My name was induced forgefully, In addition to my signature, it is clear that it is NOT my signature, and who ever signed it, WAS nice enough to date both signatures with the same hand writing. WHY, would a check not signed by me nor endorsed by Freedom mortgage be summitted for payment,,???
This situation has caused me, excessive ANXIETY, as Disable Veteran, I find it very difficult to accept, people like this that take full advantage on innocents, and getting away with it, further more causing additional damage to property, emotional stress, leaving people to pick the pieces...

I am a 82 year old Senior Citizen who hired Dynamic Adjusting firm to represent me against a claim with Allstate. Dynamic Adjusting firm worked on my behalf and so called completed the work to replace my front porch when a car ran into it and tore the porch up. Dynamic Adjusting firm took one year to complete the work. The concrete has been down for less than 6 months and is cracking. The contractor told me not to use salt on the concrete and to use calcium chloride. I bought a big back of it and sand. The concrete is now crumbling and the company is blaming it on me. They will not even return my phone calls. I just want the issue corrected. I feel as thought they are taking advantage of me because I am a senior citizen. All I want is the work completed. There are several little things that were not completed but after contacting the company several times about them, I just let it go. The concrete was put down in December 2021 and it's chipping and cracking.Business Response

BBB thanks for the opportunity to respond to the complaint
we entered in contract with ***************** on 01/14/2021 after the inspection with her insurance company they only agreed to pay for few repairs after multiple re inspections finally on 12/08/2021 they agreed to pay for the full repair of the damages of the property of ***************** after that construction started and were finished in about 3 weeks after the insurance company agreed to pay for it not 1 year like the complainant stated
here is pictures of the claim settlement dated 12/28/2021 also al work competition form signed by homeowner
after the installation of the concrete steps we notified the homeowner that per instructions of the contractor who did the concrete no salt or any other chemical should be used since it would damage the new concrete please see picture of the own homeowner sign on her door where no salt should be use
the homeowner notified us of the concrete damage we when to look at the steps and they were using a chemical that we did not recommended but still we told her we could send the concrete contractor to re surface the damaged area but we couldn't warranty that this will not chip again since the chemical was used
but then some person who claims to be the daughters of ***************** send multiple emails trying to set up a meeting with the owner of dynamic the concrete contractor the office staff not sure for what
we already told the homeowner what we can do all she has to let us know when she is available so the project manager and the concrete contractor can go to her house
once again please see pictures of the award from the appraisal process the sign the new step and the work completion form
