*********************** and Excel went above and beyond on my book**** *** ****. ***** put in lots of overtime with me and was there for me every step of the way. This is a project well done from start to finish and kudos to ***** and the entire Excel staff for phenomenal customer service and satisfaction, superb illustrations, excellent marketing, press releases, trailer and so much more. Excel and ***** are worthy of beyond 5 stars!

***** B.I submitted my manuscript a short time ago. My interactions are with a project manager named *****************************. She is an awesome professional with top notch customer focused skills. Oh my God, her quick turn around edits make me less concerned about the success of my project. She seems to genuinely care about producing the best finished product as possible. The suggested edits make sense and add substance to my writing.With her expertise and knowledge of the writing business, I feel so comfortable that I will have a great book.
