      My wife bought me the gift certificate for my birthday through Virgin Experience, I claimed it and booked my experience with Xtreme Xperience on June 21st 2025 at 10 am. Unfortunately, the day of the experience i was sick and couldn't go, i contacted them the day prior to reschedule or refund, the requested a doctors' notes which i sent them. I was only given the option to reschedule at a different state or wait a whole year until they come back. I requested a refund but they refused, i tried contacting management multiple times and no one was getting back to me. I don't wish them harm, but i don't think it's fair for me or my wife who spent $500 or this to go to waste like this.I'm only asking to refund me the amount.

      On October 24th, 2024 I took advantage of Xtreme Xperience's "Better Than Black Friday" (BTBF) Sale for 30% off by signing up for their email with all the information they requested. When I scheduled on Oct 24th, 2024 (due to their 30% off) for December 14, 2024, Xtreme Xperience did not honor the coupon code they gave me. Likely this was an oversight on their part and they were not trying to deceive. I have contacted Xtreme Experience by phone and by email and they tell me that the **** sale does not apply to any 2024 booking. They quote a "disclaimer" which was "hidden" at the bottom of their "Contact" webpage. Their information and links on their BTBF web pages did not have the disclaimer information and there was no link to it.I would like: 1) for Xtreme Xperience to add a link to the disclaimer on their **** web page so others will not be "tricked" as I was. 2) for Xtreme Xperience to credit my payment credit card with $359.70 according to their 30% discount offer.

Please note that ride-alongs and gift cards are excluded. The discount applies exclusively to online purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Terms and conditions may apply. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. The sale ends on November 11th and applies only to 2025 dates (2024 dates are not included)"

      If the customer chooses, we are able to fully refund this booking making an exception to our refund policy or move it to a 2025 date so they are eligible for the discount.

      on Aug 8, 2023 I purchased a reservation to drive an Audi R8 on the a track for 3 laps. I have gone 4 years prior so when they sent me a coupon code just before my birthday I decided to sign up for this year and use it. I entered the code and the porsche performance package was added to the invoice for $0. I thought it was a generous gift but after going 4 years prior I figured they were just giving it away to sell some more video/picture/insurance package(which would cost hundreds more) and using it as a loss leader. It still sounded like fun so I paid for it and then received a confirmation for the R8 and the Porsche package via email. Last week they called me to ask if they could move my appointment back to 3:30 and I was happy to help them out since I was looking forward to it. I have always taken the 2pm time because there is a 3 hour travel time to get there and I liked to get there during lunch when the cars were parked and I could take pictures. I sacrificed this to help them out so I was very surprised the next day when they left a voicemail saying there was a billing error on their end so they cancelled my appointment. When I called them to say I didn't think that was fair they tried to tell me I would have to pay more to get to drive another car, rather than the 2 I have the confirmation for already. It might have been an error on their end, but I feel like they are trying to do a bait and switch.
