  Their attention to detail is impressive. Ive never had a single incorrect invoice, and the payment system is straightforward. When I needed documentation for year-end tax purposes, they sent it right away. Super dependable.

  Efficient and courteous! We had some complicated billing items, and they worked through each one without any hassle. I always feel like my Rep **** was on top of it, which gives me peace of mind.

  Total scam artist we should all start class-action against the company for harassment and the lies being told and the doctored recordings. They never even aired any commercials.I asked for everything to be emailed to me. The only thing I like was the little skit but when asked to pay before and paperwork or contracts where signed I declined. I asked for something in writing and they could not produce it. So no they wont get a dime. Look at all the complaints I am going to report you to the Feds if I keep getting harassed.

  Complete **** promise the world never delivered on any of it. Wouldnt recommend them to any one! Do your research before they pull on some heart strings and convince you over a good cause!

  This B2B company caused me a lot of issues. They didn't work with me for co-op to make a simple change that I requested (removing one word from our ad). Then they told me that they didn't say the word when the script that came with the invoice said otherwise. Different people from non company email addresses contacted me then wouldn't answer my emails or phone calls. They over charged me for radio spots that I could have paid less if I would have called direct. $12 from the station, $167 from them. $500 for 3 - 30 sec ads. That's highway robbery. They are located in ******* and I'm in Tennessee, they need to stay in their area! They say they have contacts at nationwide radio stations but they come off as telemarketer scammers. My mistake for letting them take advantage of me, I just want everyone that researches this company to know better than I did! Do not hire them, they target small businesses and use Veterans as a ploy to make you say yes. If you want a radio ad supporting Veterans, just call the radio station yourself. Veterans don't get any of their money!!!!

  this company called about advertising about Veterans and wanted $300 to advertise my company i specifically told them i would think about it and give them a call back ,a month later i get a bill for $300 stating they ran a ad without my knowledge this company is nothing but a scam so beware

  I received a phone call in February about having my in-home daycare run an ad on a local radio station on the prevention of Child Abuse. I told the salesperson on the phone that I wouldn't agree to pay for advertising, but he could mail me in the information, and I'd take a look at it. I was trying to be polite. BIG MISTAKE. I received an invoice in the mail today for $490 along with a copy of the broadcast announcement they say will be played throughout the week of March 27. The announcement uses my home address. I will call the billing department Monday. I did not agree to this ad.

  Another scam report - "***" reached out and said he was from a local radio station. Wanted $450 for a special promotion for mental health awareness month. I was game to try it and they said I could tailor the ad after I received the script and that they would send me an email to confirm. Never received an email - did get the bill. I contacted the local radio station directly the week before the spots were supposed to run. The general manager informed me that a. he had never heard of my business and b. they were charging me $90 a spot for spots he sells directly for $10. Bottom line the ads never ran and I sent them in writing that was the case and spoke to them on the phone. The first two people I spoke to said it was "above their pay grade" and that they would have someone call me. No one ever called until yet another collection call - this time very nasty - insisting the ads did run and that the account was going to be turned over to collections. Total scam, horrible people who have no intention of offering anything for money they are paid. I can't believe they have an A+ rating. I have verified that the address listed here is the same as on the invoice, as is the website, so there can be no claim that I have the wrong company information.
