I was called about raising money for our vets. They wanted to run my company's ad 3 times a day around the 4th of July. Wanted to charge me ****** for this. Because it was for Vets I agreed and later they were supposed to let me hear the real ad and get an email with all their information. I didn't know if this company was real or not and I told them I wanted to check them out before I paid anything. Never called me back, never heard the ad and never got an email so I could check out their company to see if it was legit. Now they are sending me a bill for a service I never received.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand how frustrating this situation must be, and we want to sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience youve experienced. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels valued and confident in the services we provide, hence why we do all the billing after providing the services. To clarify, your ad was aired as agreed upon around the 4th of July week. This was done to maximize exposure during a time of high relevance. We sent the invoice to the address on file twice and followed up with an email containing all the necessary details. Additionally, we attempted to contact you to confirm your airtimes before the run as requested by you and left a detailed voicemail followed up with an email including the MP3 of the announcement. We regret that our communication attempts may not have reached you effectively, and we understand the importance of transparency and trust in these matters. Please know that we are committed to resolving this issue to your satisfaction. We want to make things right and are more than willing to discuss any option that would address your concerns. We also attempted to contact you very recently to resolve the matter but were unable to reach you.Your satisfaction is our priority, and were here to ensure that you feel fully supported. Please contact us directly at ************ so we can work together on a resolution to your full satisfaction.Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this, and we appreciate your understanding.

Total scam as I suspected. They recorded the words in their basement and emailed them to me. Anyone would be able to tell this isnt something that would be on any radio station. Theyre not getting a dime from me. Maybe some time.

if i could give zero stars i would-Just received a call from this company YESTERDAY stating they are working with 105FM ************** Asked for $600.00 to do a "Safe Driving" campaign for September 11,13,15. I ask for them to send me the recording that will be played AND run times, still have not received these items. "*** and the manager " he transferred me to ask for payment at the END of the campaign or installments. I told them i would not pay until the ads RAN and then they could bill me. I searched and here they are on ****** trying to scam people. Steer CLEAR of this company!!!

We at Timeline Communications work diligently to provide excellent customer service to all clients. This particular situation seemed like a miscommunication from the very beginning. After reviewing the post above, we immediately reached out to this client and apologized for any misunderstanding. Unfortunately, this client was under the impression that they would receive the discussed documents the day of or the day after. However, we inform all clients that it would take up to 5-7 business days. Subsequently, we waived any and all costs or agreements as per the clients request and hope that this matter was properly addressed and put to bed.

Do your research on advertising companies. This company reached out to my husband to do an ad regarding drunk driving. There was never any contact regarding the ad, when and where it would be played and now they are sending invoices saying that he owes them money but no one there can seem to answer questions giving proof this ad was ever ran. I work with a different marketing company and radio companies at my work and we always get a recording of the ad, dates and times and the exact radio station it will be played on. We will not be paying any invoice until I have proof there was ads ran. Beware of Timeline Communications. Even their invoices they send seem sketchy.

Wow.. this is crazy. Thank you for sharing all this information and your experience.
I have the same experience as all of you.
I received a call telling me about Saluting the Troops to help all our men and women who serve our country. Of course I would support them. It sounded so great on the phone the promotion they offered. They told me an invoice will be mailed and the ad will be aired on 101.1 fm. I looked it up, and searched, never heard of this 101.1 fm radio station that has anything to do with troops.
Be careful, they sent me an invoice with a link how to pay. Here I'm thinking that this is legitimate. As soon as I saw the invoice, I realized this must be spam.
