**** and ****** come to my home in October of 2024 with documents. They work for ***********. Mind you I'm a disabled veteran honorable Gulf War Era Peacetime because of my mental health. They have me sign only one page in ink and claim that the signature on the sales contract belongs to **** who didn't show me identification. For DocuSign electronic documents it's showing **** Connolly's signature which is an edited signature of his if he even exists a computer signature and not of a human. Every time I try to correct them with using my suffix after my name they will send by different email addresses and different dates from before that I didn't agree to try to finalize paperwork that I requested for them to send through **** with wet original signatures which I would rather see in person face to face with legal US of A identification cards and credentials of ******************* Connolly Capital LLC, and whoever else is connected with them. I never met **** Connolly in person. ****** stated to me that they can't send wet signature documents through the mail because it's tracked better through their different emails and names they use by computer. This is beyond sad and heartbreaking to me as a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans. I'm only forty-two and a dedicated father and I take care of my children by myself with the help of no one. My VA loan sadly is in a Chapter Seven Bankruptcy that was discharged in 2022 September. I have other documents here of **** Connolly and a new email address from PropertyAid of ********************** which reminds me of scammers from foreign countries that go directly to my spam folders in my email accounts for this same reason when one doesn't have integrity and everything is money to them, numbers with no care of the veteran of the ****************** and they do this to me during Veterans Appreciation Month of November 2024. Again, I have every document they sent me by different email addresses and DocuSign.

    Business Response

    Date: 12/04/2024

We have spoken to ********* and after explaining our process in detail, he is no longer upset about these issues. He was confused about the different entities in which we do business and how they are all connected under the same umbrella of partner companies, and thus thought that he was somehow being scammed, which is obviously not the case. He also didn't understand why the contract was signed by ****, who he hadn't met. We explained that he is the authorized signer for the company and that made sense to *********. I also explained how we don't use the mail or do in person signings, as we work in high volume and everything we do is tracked electronically. We confirmed that we will be closing on the property on January 6th, 2024, and he apologized to us for the negative reviews and emails he's been sending.
