    *** took over for **** ****************** out of ************ and my billing was inaccurately applied and took months to figure out. Ive always paid my bills on time and in full. When they took over they sent bills to a previous address I lived at 2 moves ago and about 7 years prior. They also allowed payments to random accounts even though I submitted the billing coupons with my payment. It took probably ***** hours, multiple phone calls, and numerous emails to multiple people to get it straightened out. Fast forward to now. Everything was finally corrected and things went smoothly until my 12/2024 bill. I checked my records and for my 11 locations everything was correct looking back to Sept, Oct, and Nov 2024. Dec 2024 I got 2 bill for 12/1/24-12/31/24 and my third bill never showed. Along with those bills was a letter stating fees would increased in Jan 2025 yet my bills had increased starting Dec 2024. There is problem number 2 (problem 1 being one of my bills was never sent). Problem 3 is looking at my bills they applied my Nov payments to random accounts AGAIN! Come to find out payments are scanned by a computer NEVER A HUMAN! Now, they cannot seem to find where those payments were applied. I do know my **************** payments were applied all to one site and not split between the two therefore creating an outstanding balance on one location and a credit at the other. Both accounts shouldve started out at a zero balance to end November yet this isnt the case. Only dumpsters were to increase Jan 2025 yet all my residential totters increased Dec 2024. My first email was sent 12/7/24 and today is 1/7/24 with no emails, no calls, and no solutions from upper management or billing. This is my last hope. I need to pay my bill but Ive been advised not to per ****** as it will further complicate things like last time this happened.
