    I reached out to this business as I have seen posters of his number everywhere in my area. I wanted to get my tub glazed and on my receipt he gave me a warranty of 5 years and charged me $350. I called him and he says that he will come fix it but has yet to return. Stay away from this business, it is a complete scam and this man does not know how to do business.

    The Yellow document states this service was to have a 5-Year warranty, and the service personal has been contacted to show the bad workmen ship. Once I've forwarded the PICs to the business owner, he's refused to come fix the problem. I am looking for a full refund for this work as its not been a quality provided work. After numerous calls, he's refused to fix the issues. This is a type of Rouge business that's talking advantage of customers. **The documents prove that there a 5-year warranty and proof of his work peeling. **This business is supposed to provide good quality bath tub glazing and also glazing over tiles.

    I had a new glaze applied to my tub on 1-19-23 and was given a 5-year warranty for the work that was done. When the new glaze was added, parts of the glaze did not stick correctly and pooled in areas of the tub. I brought this up with ***** (owner) the same day the work was completed. He took a look at the issue the next day and agreed it needed to be fixed. He then said he would send a guy over to fix it the following week. This guy never showed and an additional time was scheduled. Again, this individual never showed up. After many attempts to get this resolved my phone number was blocked and I could no longer communicate with them. So I created a ****** phone number and was able to get in contact with *****. I scheduled a new time with him as if I was new client and he showed up for this appointment. However, when he realized who I was he drove off. One additional thing I would like to bring up is that he is avoiding taxes by taking cash payments. If you pay him via check or *****, he will charge you tax, but if you pay him cash he does not add tax to your bill.It is my desire to get my money back. I do not trust him to do the work correctly and to honor the contract we entered into.

    I contacted this company to come paint the tile in my shower and to paint the bathtub they gave me a price and contract which then I agreed for them to do the job by mistake. I paid them ahead of time before I finished I stepped out to go get some material. I need it for my house when I came back, they were gone. They painted the tile from the shower walls with one pole only they did not do nothing to the bathtub. The wall they painted is a poorly done all Im asking for is for them to come finish job right or give me a refund on top of that theyre asking for an extra $600 claiming that the pink I need for the bathtub its more expensive with thats not my job Big J me a price they shouldve looked into that first.. now they dont answer my phone calls or messages. They have me completely blocked.

    This company came to give me an estimate on painting the tile from my shower and tub by mistake. I paid them ahead of time before they finished the job. I stepped out to go get some material I needed. When I came back they were gone. All they did was give it one layer of paint on the tile from the shower walls which u can still see it was done poorly. and now this companys, not answering my phone calls or messages they need to come finish the job or refund me my money and Im having trouble getting hold of them.
