1 starI have a contract with Carbon Solutions that was fully executed on April 1st. The contract was for an upfront payment of $840 for ***** for the 15 year remaining balance of my solar panels. They were supposed to send the payment within 2 Weeks. On April 21st I received an offer from a couple to buy my house. The solar panels are paid off. When I called to see where my check is, Carbon Solutions said they need to have the new buyers sign a form and produce the deed to my house before they will mail me my check. The $840 should have been mailed prior to even having buyers of my house. Now they are holding me hostage until these new buyers sign off on an agreement with them and go to the trouble of sending them a deed. I'm taking Carbon Solutions to small claims court, but in the meantime they are using sleazy practices and putting pressure on the buyers of my home to do something that benefits me, but has no benefit to them. Do not deal **** this company. Right now, they have multiple lawsuits against them.Review fromRyan B

2 starsQuick to reply to inquiries but the management of SREC payments is poor. ******** excuses about why payment is late, please wait 4 weeks from date of mailing as its mailed from *******..never arrives. My 2 other referrals installed after my home by the same company received theirs yet they can not explain why mine is delayed. I had to go with them per the *** Solar Contract but if you have a choice i would pick a different company that is more honest than this.Review fromGrant V

Subscriptions can't be stopped. I keep getting charged $3/month after repeated attempts to stop the subscription.

Hi I apologize for the repeated charges. Your account was updated to "pay as you go" several months ago and the charges should have stopped when that change was made. However, it looks like the billing system did not have the change reflected, so you continued to receive a monthly charge. We have updated your account in our billing system and refunded all of your monthly charges.
Please let me know if you have any other issues or need anything else to resolve this matter.
