      The seizure lot stole an Apple Watch from the vehicle. Paperwork showed that it was indeed in the vehicle and the owners acted oblivious. Police report filed, but I have zero expectations the lot owners will actually resolve the issue

      Their drivers are very unprofessional. I was driving home from work I turned onto a one-way street and I saw one of their drivers turn onto the same street in the opposite direction towards me. Instead of pulling to the side or waiting for me to pass them on the narrow street, the driver proceeded to turn on every light they had and come within 2 feet of my car. Blinding me and forcing me off the road.
      A few weeks later I witnessed one of their towing jobs. On the same narrow street, they attempted to repo a car, paralleled bumper to bumper. In the process, I saw them bump into two different unrelated cars, leaving a dent in one and possible damage to the other. The tow driver surely damaged the axle of the car in question as they were dragging it back and forth attempting to get the wheels seated into place.
      Terrible unprofessional business. Does not care about damages or the law.
