    **** aka ******************************* from Dreamteam builders 18 aka DTB18 was sub-contracted to demo 3 steps in my backyard and build a deck. He never finished the deck because it did not pass inspection. Inspector gave me 2 sheets of things that were incorrect and needed to be fixed. **** aka **** never finished the project as he began with excuses everytime he gave me a date on when he would fix the project. I informed him I didnt want him to touch the project anymore as I discovered more things that were not done correctly and would pose a safety hazard. I had paid **** aka **** $2750.00 out of the $3000.00 balance and he ran away with the money. I had to completely take down the deck including the posts and cement footings and redo it from scratch. I also paid **** aka **** to add an outlet outside and he added a regular outlet saying a GFCI outlet was not needed. DONT TRUST **** AKA **** GARDEA. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST! I WISH I COULD ADD PICTURES OF HIS WORK.

    Dream Team Builders ( ********** Gardea AKA ****) was sub contracted to demolish and rebuild the front porch on our home they we given all the plans for the project which we had drawn up by an architect before he started since he completed his work the porch has failed the city inspection four times the contractor each time recording what needed to be corrected and set dates to do the work at least ten times but never showed up when we expressed our frustration it nearly ended ** in a physical confrontation the original contractor ended up sending a different contractor to finish the job Dream team builders were very un professional and did a very poor job, did not use materials specified in the plans and did not build the porch according to the drawings I would not recommend this contractor to anyone

    I am rejecting this response because:n Mr. ********************** agreed to complete the job after all 4 inspections which failed The Inspector was a witness and has said he would testify to the fact and I have also attached an agreement that Mr. ********************** signed stating that he would complete the work he had done incorrectly. After each failed inspection he gave us dates when he would come to complete the job but never showed . My wife and I have several text messages stating those facts and can be provided .Mr ********************** was paid in full for the contract which was a mistake on my part . We had to pay another contractor $ 2,000.00  to complete the job so it would pass inspection and would like Mr. ********************** to refund us that amount since he did not complete the job as promised
