    On March 15 at or around 10:30 p.m. my friend ***************************** and I, ***********************, arrived at the establishment, Moe's Cantina-River North. Upon our arrival we checked in our coats at their designated coat-check area. Here we paid $4 dollars to hang our coats in this area. Once we gave our two coats to the coat-check employee, he, in turn gave us two coat-check tickets that read 323 & 324. When in an attempt to receive said coats we were told that the coats had already been checked out and were no longer in their possession. This could not have been considering we still had the two coat-check tickets in OUR possession. I, ***********************, was then was assisted by the security guards of Moe's Cantina and Treehouse to locate our coats which were never found. I was given a card of the manger of Moe's Cantina and was advised to call the next morning to see if the coats were recovered after the night was completed. When texting the manager the entire week of the 18th we were told to come down to their establishment during morning hours on Thursday to be assisted by the manager to recover the coats. ***************************** met with the manger at around 12 p.m. at Moe's Cantina on Thursday March 21 where she was then told the coats are not at their establishment. Today, March 22 the manager is now asking us for the receipts of our coats to give us a compensation although we do not have these receipts and both of our coats range between $300-$1,600.

    We went in there on Nov 18, 2022 there was 12 of us girls we are vegetarian. So we called in ahead of time one of the girls from the corporate office said we should order group deal$35 For the table: ************** Guacamole, Elote, Queso Fundido, Chicken or Steak fajitas, ************ For each individual: One Taco without meat so we did when we got it okay was cold and nasty. No one complained beside me because I am not going to pay $75 for drink and cold food. I called to place five times, talk to them three times the manager said he will send me a $100 gift card and refund us 1/2 the cost. Verbal agreement and he still hasnt they are laying and I want something done about it. This is the worst place of business and management.

    On Saturday 29th, my friend and I headed to **** Cantina in River North because we bought tickets to enter their superheroes vs villains event (we bought them on October 25th). we got there around 10pm but noticed a line and we got in line to enter and around 12am they told everybody in the line to go home. We went up to the security guard and explained that we had tickets but they told us that we should have earlier BEFORE 12am and that we wont be getting a refund. I attached screenshots showing that NOWHERE in my ticket confirmation it said to arrive before 12am for a guaranteed entrance! I just want a refund for my $60 because I was not told to arrive before 12am. If I can please have that buisness return it to the original payment I used I would be greatly appreciated. I checked my credit card and still have not been refunded. If someone can please help me, thank you so much!
