    On May 28th my husband bough me a pair of sandals for my birthday in the store at *********************************************************************, ** 60614.When I open the gift on May 30th the shoes were very small and therefore I wanted to change them for another pair, nevertheless I was not able to leave the house until the end of June as we had Covid.Although the receipt says: Return within 10 days or exchange only, on July I went to the ************* store at ********************************************************** and the sales woman said I could not change the shoes, not even change the size and made me leave the store.I called the ******* Park location and they didn't help me with the exchange.I have sent emails to the email **************************************************** asking for help and after I sent copy of the receipt and picture of the shoes on December 1st 2022 they stop responding.I need new boots for me and I would love to exchange this shoes as the receipt says "or exchange only". I don't understand why they don't want to do it. My understanding by law is that I can change it or get a refund of the item within 1 year of purchase. In this case, my husband.Could you please kindly help me out?     To whom it may concern,

    We received a complaint from a customer that claimed we never responded. We did in fact respond several times, and the time frame that she claimed we waited 
    to respond.  

    All conversation with the customer was saved and documented.  You can see the information below.    Her purchase was at the end of May.   She came into our store in July and the item was extremely past our 14 day policy.  

    We did not hear from the customer until November 30, ********** we did respond to within 24 hours.  The customer sent pictures and the receipt and we explained that we do not have these shoes anymore.  We responded back on December 2nd that after further review, we could not take the shoes back.  

    The customer waited 5 months to reach out to us again from the time that she walked into our store in July. 

    She was not happy with the decisions and asked us again on Dec, 14th, 2022 and we did not change our final decision.

    Hi,

    I didn't know how to answer online so that is the reason why I'm sending a thank you note with my email

    I really appreciate your help trying to help me with this situation nevertheless It seems that I was ***** punished. How sad. This is the first time something like this happened to me. How unreasonable for this business to be like that.
