    I was referred to this company by a relative to have my roof and gutters replaced. The job was done in March of 2022 and I was satisfied with the work. The only complaint I had was that one of the workers damaged my screen while removing the old gutters. I know it was one of the workers because the screen is located outside my family room where I was working when it happened. I did notify Empire Renovations and was informed that I would be reimbursed for the screen. Although the hole is not very large I do not believe I should be responsible for the repairing it when Empire Renovations received payment from my insurance company. I was contacted by an Empire Renovation employee in May/June of this year via phone and asked if I wanted to receive a check or if I would like to have the screen replaced. I'm sure the check probably wouldn't amount to much so I opted to just have it replaced/repaired. In July I contacted Empire Renovations again and was reassured that someone would be out in a couple of days to repair the screen. We are now in August and still my screen has a hole in it. I had to tape it myself to prevent bugs from flying in when my window was open. I know times have changed and companies no longer value customer service, but this is unacceptable. I'm not asking for much, I just want to be able to open my window and not worry about having insects come inside my home. I also contacted Empire Renovations on 08.09.22 (via email) regarding this matter and as of today I have not received any response. Below I have attached screenshots of text messages (from July) between me and a empire renovation employee.
