    2/27/2024 We had to call a plumber to dislodge the back up in our pipes because of the wipes being stuck in the piping, there was not a large amount found there were 4 wipes clogging the pipe. This was inconvenient for me as well as my neighbor as we are both connected to the same piping. We had to pay $450 dollars for a plumber to come out and dislodge the wipes. This unacceptable for stating your wipes are flushable, I can assure not they are not and you have used false advertising on your product they should state not flushable. I would like some sort of refund and resolution on this. I would like someone from the company to contact me as soon as possible I should have had to pay $450 to have a plumber some out and do this not to mention it has happen twice the 1st was 250 to dislodge the wipes . Thank you

    Back on Jan 21st I wrote to Dude wipes customer support letting them know I purchased a 6 pack of Dude wipes and some of the packages were defective. Please see below:Hi, We love your dude wipes however I purchased a multipack on Amazon and some of the packs are missing the plastic closure so the wipes will dry out. I have a pic I can send you if that's helpful. Thanks. Dude wipes responded asking for pics and the lot # which I provided. I have not heard back from Berni since and have written numerous messages. The pics are too large to attached to this complaint, but I would be more than happy to send them again via email. Thanks.
