On May 27, 2024, l received a call from my Banks fraud center indicating a cancellation of my debit card because someone tried to put a payment on my checking account on March *******. As l was on vacation, went to the bank (GN Bank) to fill out a fraudulent report and was told l would get a new debit card in three days instead of 10 business days. To date l have not received my new debit card. GN Bank is not of service to me because they are closed at 4:30pm Monday thru Friday and closed on Saturday. When a call is made to customer ********************** you get a recording our mailbox is full. I am a seywith a cane l work Monday through Friday and off on Saturday and Sunday. The only time l can go into the bank is to take a day off work to get customer **********************. As soon as possible l will change banks but you should know that this bank is. Useless for me and not capable of serving customer and should be closed. Respectfully ****************************

I went into GN Bank today, Friday 2/9/2024, and tried to withdraw available funds from my personal checking account. The teller asked me how I would like the cash in terms of denomination, and I said 30 100 dollar bills, as I was withdrawing $3000.00 cash from my available funds in my personal checking account. She counted all the money and before she gave me the funds, she said I had to go talk to an account executive. I sat down with the account executive and updated my address as I had recently moved, and the account executive told me that they didn't know why I was unable to withdraw the funds. I then went back up to the teller, and inquired again, why I couldn't withdraw funds that are available in my personal checking account and she said she didn't know either. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was available at the branch to help me. I tried calling the bank several times and I just get their voicemail. I need to pay bills with my money that is available in my personal checking account. I will upload my current bank account statement that shows the funds available in my personal account, as well as, the statement showing I don't have any overdrafts, return items nor any other adverse transactions that would constitute a hold on my account. In fact, my statement shows the account funds as available.
