The date of the transaction was September 2, 2024. I wanted to purchased a 44in used Direct to Film printer. The seller wanted me to pay $500 down. After I paid, he then wanted another $1000. I felt uncomfortable and requested my money back as my payment method was not compatible. He refunded the $1000, and assured me he processed the $500. I checked with Affirm, who informed me the seller did not process a payment. He has since ignored my messages. His business is now under the name SAP Printing.I recently opened a case under the belief it was the correct store. In the case (referenced with the provided number) the owner of Noni informed that **** ***** was a former business partner and is using Noni Print to deceive customers.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any money to this customer. The customer made a purchase of a ************************ posted on ******** Marketplace. After requesting a $1500 down payment to ensure the customer would show up to pick up the ************************, the customer paid $500. Our technician immediately started preparing the printer for shipping, cleaning all the lines from ink, removing all ink from the printer, and making sure it was ready for pick-up.
After multiple attempts to receive the remaining payment, the customer stated they did not have the money and that their creditor would not provide the requested amount. We tried to make an effort to refund the money to our customer, but the overhead for preparing the printer for shipping is far over the $500 that the customer paid. Additionally, we removed the ad from ********, which led us to lose all potential customers.
With that being said, we are not able to provide a refund to this customer. Thank you.

I ordered 100 T-shirts for my sister memorial service. Back on March 5th. The business did not complete the order and Ive called multiple times to fix the issue. I made two payments both were $510. Each one of the payment was sent on March 5th the other on March 22nd. Today on March 27th I decided to visit and no one would open the door. I would like to get my money back and report this business from malpractices.
