    Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable I completed my 20-hour security course with this company, passed the class, and have been waiting for my certificate ever since. Despite calling numerous times and being promised updates, the owner has repeatedly blown me off. Every time I call, I get the same run-around with no real answers.I now have a job lined up that I cant accept because I still dont have my certification, and I may have to pay to take the class again elsewhere just to move forward. This is incredibly frustrating, especially as someone who has a family to support. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend finding another training provider. This experience has been nothing but a headache.

    One of the most glaring issues is the unprofessionalism that permeates every aspect of this organization. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of communication. Messages and emails went unanswered, and phone calls were rarely returned. When I did manage to get a response, it was often evasive and unhelpful. This made the entire process frustrating and time-consuming.Another major concern is the deceptive practices regarding their services. On June 20th, I purchased a course with the impression that it was required for the renewal process for PERC in ********. However, there were multiple issues:1. I mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course.2. I later found out that I did not need the course for the renewal process.3. I never received any access to the course material.4. When I requested a refund, ***, the owner, acted oblivious and attempted to confuse the situation.Despite having worked with *** last year to obtain my initial PERC Card material and certification, he pretended not to understand the differences between the dates and the courses I mentioned. This tactic of deflecting responsibility and confusing the customer is unacceptable.It is clear to me that this business exploits its customers by taking their money without delivering the promised services. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but also detrimental to the reputation of any training center. The numerous positive reviews on ****** do not align with the experience I and others have had, suggesting a discrepancy that potential customers should be wary of.The unprofessional conduct, poor communication, misleading services, and financial exploitation are serious issues that cannot be overlooked. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice and seek out more reputable and reliable training centers.

    I ***************************** on February 2, 2024 at 2:36pm, paid and applied to the online Security guard college. I was informed after I register to give them a call back, also after my payment was made. I proceeded to do everything that needed to be done. I was told after this is done I would be emailed my course and able to start my course so I can receive my perc card. Today is March 23, 2024. I have not received anything. Not an email, not a phone call or anything. I have tried various times to contact the business. I even tried visiting the business in person and no one came to the door. Its a mixed martial arts gym, thats on the business address. I have left numerous of voicemails. Called multiple times a day. No one has called me no one has answered my calls or messages. The was $75 and I paid my hard earn money to better my career I am a single mother of twin teenagers, that was just trying to better herself and was under the impression that this was a legit business to go thru to better my career opportunities

    You're required to call the number which doesn't have the area code displayed (603) to start the course after you've paid. The preliminary quiz is full of incomplete questions. I took the course and scored a 92% 4 questions wrong, 2 can be interpreted the wrong way. And 2 that are just blatantly wrong and could get people injured. Fires are not classified by numbers they are classified by letters. And a foam extinguisher is not the correct extinguisher for a class d (combustible metal fire). Trying to get ahold of them is near impossible, they say leave a message and they'll get back to you, but the voice-mail is full so you cant. Then they beg for a 5 star review after completion. I still haven't received my PERC certification and it has been nearly a month.
